When and how will I receive my video?
You will receive your completed order via the email you provided within 24 hours. The email will contain links to view and download the video.
When and how will I receive my audio?
You will receive your completed order via the email you provided within 48 hours. The email will contain links to view and download the audio.
When and how will I receive my letter?
If you are in Riga or its surroundings, our courier will deliver the letter to your mailbox on the Saturday following the payment. Otherwise, the letter will be delivered via Latvijas Pasts. The delivery time depends on Latvijas Pasts' terms, please take that into account.
I made a mistake when placing my order, what should I do?
You can correct it by contacting our support service using the form on the page https://brinumam.lv/contacts or by emailing us at [email protected] or via social media.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, a confirmed and paid order cannot be canceled.
Can I get a refund for the provided service?
You are entitled to a refund only if the service provided does not match the description or contains errors (e.g., the name specified when ordering the product). Refunds are processed in accordance with the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law.
Can I order a video without photos?

Can I order a video and letter for multiple children?
Unfortunately, no. Each video and letter is unique.
Is data confidentiality ensured?
Yes. The client's personal information is used solely for creating the video greeting and letter. The provided information is not stored for more than a week and is not used for other purposes.
Can I change the text in the video?
Unfortunately, no.
